Bread Mold: What is it?

While these aren't pictures of how bread mold looks like under a normal microscope,
I used a portable microscope to zoom in on the surface of the bread.

While any type of mold is able to grow on your bread, the most common ones are Aspergillus and Penicillium. Here however, it shows mold similar to the Rhizopus stolonifer (also known as black bread mold). The mold is capable of absorbing the nutrients out of the bread which has a chance of giving
people infections if consumed.
