MSG, poison of food or point of food?

I'm sure we've all heard someone saying eating a certain food is bad because "It has msg".
But have you ever wondered why it is bad to constantly consume products that are full of it?
MSG
Msg stands for Monosodium Glutamate which is composed of about 78% free glutamic acid, 21% sodium, and 1% of contaminants. By using a "fifth sense" taste for your tongue with umani, it is able to trick your taste buds into thinking it has more nutrients than it actually does.

The reason why msg is so dangerous to your body is because it actually overexcites your cells as the glutamic acid can also be used in the neurotransmitter of your nervous system.
By stimulating multiple glutamate receptors in electrical conduction system for example, chances of heart attacks may rise resulting even to death.
