Normally, Chinese cabbages are categorized into the Pekinensis Group and the Chinensis Group. However, for this post, I decided to observe how the Pekinesis cabbages looked up close.

Originally, I thought a cabbage was generally smooth other than the visible wrinkles it had around it. However, when I looked deeper into it, I realized that even its cells weren't smooth and were instead dull and in a wavy shape.
